I recently slipped and fell and injured myself, but didn't think much of the fall; I felt a little sore but nothing really bad. Two days later I was unable to get out of bed and I was in so much pain with any kind of movement.

n September 2011, a 49-year old patient was referred to our clinic for rib pain with difficulty lifting of the right shoulder. He said his chest and rib pain was aggravated by eating and drinking. Sometimes he would feel electrical shock across his lower back.
